The Cluster Organization

The Cluster General Assembly, composed of cluster members, is the Cluster’s highest decision-making body and meets at least once a year. The General Assembly is convened by the cluster management based on a decision by the cluster committee. Members must be notified of the location and time of the General Assembly via a written or electronic invitation at least 15 days prior to the meeting. Members of the General Assembly are all members of the Cluster (each represented by one person), who are entitled to vote on matters concerning the Cluster. Each member is entitled to one vote.  At the General Assembly, every member may participate, express an opinion, and influence the cluster’s position. The Cluster General Assembly may be held in person or via electronic means. The General Assembly makes its decisions by majority vote. The General Assembly is chaired by the Chair of the Cluster Committee (hereinafter: Chair) based on a previously approved agenda. Between General Assemblies, the professional management of the Cluster is carried out by the Cluster Executive Board, whose members are: the Cluster Chair, Vice Chair, Manager, and Executive Board members. At the Cluster General Assembly, the Cluster Chair and Vice Chair have the right of veto on any matter concerning the Cluster.
