  1. While maintaining the R&D achievements to date, establishing an innovative pharmaceutical education, research, and development hub for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations in the pharmaceutical industry
  2. Creating a competency map of member organizations, and based on this, connecting to domestic and international networks and engaging in intensive grant application activities
  3. Developing a joint pharmaceutical and compliance (GMP, GLP) service portfolio
  4. Organizing practice-oriented education and continuing education services tailored to the needs of member organizations
  5. Initiating strategic collaborations with other domestic and international clusters, professional associations, societies, and economic representative bodies
  6. Formulating recommendations for the creation of a responsible research and innovation framework.
  7. Communicating research results in a way that is understandable to the public.
  8. Pharmaceutical and biotechnology research;
  9. Development of supporting software related to the cluster’s activities;
  10. Development of joint proposals/projects serving the cluster’s objectives, which are prepared in accordance with the requirements of domestic programs and follow the recommendations set forth in the European Union’s framework programs;
  11. Joint PR and marketing activities primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises;
  12. Cooperation with other clusters in the pharmaceutical, food, and biotechnology industries.
  13. Following preliminary consultations, coordinates the shared use and development of members’ resources and infrastructure, as well as joint procurement and training.
  14. Provides direct assistance in establishing new business and other relationships and in accessing new markets.
  15. It contributes to defining regional and local priorities necessary for the allocation of grants and to their implementation.
  16. In addition to identifying grant opportunities, it participates in the full management of these grants, which enable facility developments, educational projects, and specialized-innovative events in the field of pharmacy.
